Keep your order confirmation email. Its order ID is the only thing that connects you to a purchase, and a refund claim without one cannot be matched.
- A refund claim starts on the telephone. 60 days from the date of purchase, and the refund policy has the sequence.
- This desk cannot answer a clinical question. It reads labels and published papers, and questions about your own medicines belong with whoever prescribes them.
- A correction is welcome and is acted on. If something here is wrong, it is fixed on the page and the review date moves.
