DisclaimerMemodyne Disclaimer: what this website is, and what it is not
Memodyne is a dietary supplement. It is not a drug, it is not FDA-approved, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This website is a retail desk describing a label, not a medical resource and not the manufacturer.
Everything on this page appears in shorter form in the footer of every other page. Here it is set out at length.
The regulatory position of Memodyne
How a supplement is regulated, and what that means for the claims on this site.
Dietary supplements in the United States are regulated differently from medicines. A supplement does not need approval before it is sold, the manufacturer is responsible for its safety and for the truthfulness of its claims, and the permitted claims are structure and function statements rather than medical ones.
- No government body has approved this product, and an FDA-registered facility emblem is a statement about a factory rather than about a product.
- The five claims the supplier makes are structure and function statements. They are printed in full on what the label claims.
- The FTC health products compliance guidance sets out what a seller must hold before making a claim of that kind in advertising.
- Nothing on this website may exceed the supplier's own claims, and every page here is written to that ceiling.
What this Memodyne website is not
Five things this website is not, stated before anything else on it is believed.
- It is not medical advice. Nothing here should be used to diagnose a condition or to decide whether to start, stop or change a medicine.
- It is not the manufacturer. This desk is a retailer, it did not make the capsule, and it has no control over the formulation.
- It is not a laboratory. No page here reports a test carried out on your bottle, and verify a batch explains the difference between a filing reference and a certificate of analysis.
- It is not a clinical trial report. No trial of this finished product exists, and every study cited here is a study of a single ingredient.
- It is not a price list. Pack prices quoted here are the seller's, with the date they were read, and the checkout sets the price that binds.
What it is: a retail desk that prints what the label prints, sets each amount on the panel beside the research that actually exists for it, and says which is which. The method is on the about page.
Individual results, and what else moves the thing Memodyne is sold for
Three randomised programmes, and the reason they belong on a product disclaimer.
People differ, and so do outcomes. Sleep, hearing, blood pressure, physical activity and social contact all act on cognition, and several of them have randomised evidence behind them that no supplement in this category has.
The US POINTER trial randomised 2,111 older adults to two lifestyle programmes over two years and measured a cognitive difference between them. The FINGER trial did something similar with 1,260 at-risk Finnish adults. A 2026 network meta-analysis of 38 exercise trials in 2,928 adults over 65 found aerobic exercise improved every executive-function domain in cognitively healthy people. None of those interventions is sold here.
A reader whose recall has slipped far enough for family or colleagues to have raised it should read the National Institute on Aging guide and arrange an assessment. A capsule bought instead of an appointment is the worst outcome this website could produce.

Every figure on this website falls into one of these eight rows. If one appears that does not, it is an error and this desk would like to hear about it.
