Refund policyMemodyne Refund Policy: 60 days, counted from purchase
A Memodyne order may be refunded within 60 days of the date of purchase. Claims start on the order line with the order ID, bottles are returned to the New York address below at the buyer’s cost, and the credit is processed within 3 to 5 business days of the return arriving, then 5 to 10 days for the card to show it.

The Memodyne refund window
One number, one starting point, and the reason it is counted that way.
The window is 60 days and it is counted from the date of purchase, which is the date on your order confirmation email. It is not counted from delivery. Purchase comes before dispatch, so a window measured from purchase is the shorter of the two possible readings and is the one that binds here.
- Day 0. The purchase date on your order email.
- Day 45. The last comfortable day to open a claim and still post the bottles back inside the window.
- Day 60. The window closes.
Where the supplier’s own sales page prints a longer window for a particular offer, the longer one applies. This desk will not print a shorter one than the supplier offers, and it will not print a longer one than the supplier honours.
How to claim a Memodyne refund

Open the claim on the order line
Call +1 (302) 200-3480 with the order ID from your confirmation email, or write to [email protected]. The claim is opened before the parcel is sent, so the desk knows to expect it.
Pack the bottles with your details inside
Full name, email address and order ID on a sheet of paper inside the parcel. A box of bottles with no paperwork cannot be matched to an order and cannot be refunded.
Post it, tracked, to the returns address

Keep the tracking number until the credit appears
Three to five business days to process the credit once the return is received, then five to ten days for it to appear on the card. The second wait belongs to the card network rather than to this desk.
