Privacy policyMemoadyne Privacy Policy: what this Memodyne website collects
This website has no accounts, no login, no comment system and no database. It sets no analytics or advertising cookies of its own. The contact form opens your own email client rather than posting to a server here, so an email sent through it is an ordinary email and is handled as one.
Last reviewed September 2026 by Dr. Gianna Link, MD, PhD. Written to describe what this site actually does rather than to cover every possibility.
What this Memodyne website collects
Six rows, most of them empty on purpose.
| Data | Collected here | Why |
|---|---|---|
Name and email | Only if you email the desk | To reply to you, and for nothing else |
Order details | Not by this website | Orders are placed and processed on the supplier's checkout |
Payment card details | Never, under any circumstances | Card details are entered on the seller's checkout, not here |
Cookies set by this site | None | There is nothing on these pages that needs one |
Analytics | None of this desk's own | Page visits are not tracked by this website |
Server logs | By the hosting provider, as standard | Ordinary web-server operation and security |
A privacy policy that lists things a website does not do is usually padding. This one is short because the website is simple: it is a set of static pages with a link to a checkout.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which is a third-party request and means your browser contacts that service when a page loads. That is the only third-party request these pages make.
What happens when you leave this Memodyne website
Where the handover happens, and who holds what afterwards.
Every order button on this site points at a checkout operated by the supplier or its payment processor. From the moment you arrive there, that organisation’s privacy terms apply rather than these, and it is the party that holds your name, address and payment details.
- This desk does not hold your card details and has never been able to see them.
- A question about how your order data is stored is a question for the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480, which can see the order system.
- A request to delete data held about a purchase has to go to the party that holds it, which is the supplier rather than this website.
The same applies to the external references cited across this site. Links to PubMed, the NIH, the FTC and other organisations open pages run by those bodies under their own terms.
Your choices about email to this Memodyne desk
Five plain statements about a mailbox.
- Email sent to [email protected] is read by the editors here and is kept only as long as it takes to answer.
- Ask for a message to be deleted and it will be, by reply.
- Nothing is added to a mailing list. This desk does not run one.
- Nothing you send is passed to the supplier unless you ask for it to be, which occasionally happens when a question is really for them.
- Anything about an order should go to [email protected] or the order line, because this mailbox cannot see orders.
Correspondence address: 275 Madison Avenue, Floor 14, New York, NY 10016, USA. Returns go elsewhere, to 1740 Broadway, Floor 15, New York, NY 10019, USA, and the refund policy explains why the two are different.
Children, and the Memodyne age limit
One paragraph, because there is only one thing to say.
Memodyne is written for healthy adults of 18 and over, and this website is not directed at children. No part of it is designed to collect information from anybody under 18, and if a message arrives that appears to be from a child it is deleted rather than answered.
The product-side reason for the age limit is on who it is for, and it is the label’s own limit rather than an invention of this desk.
Changes to this Memodyne privacy policy
How a change to this page is made and marked.
When this policy changes, the review date at the head of the page moves and the change is made in the open. There is no archive of previous versions, because there is no history of substantive change to archive: this website has never collected more than it collects today.
Questions about this page go to [email protected]. Questions about data held against an order go to the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480.
