Reading the Memodyne Supplement Facts panel, row by row
Seven rows, five molecules, the amount of each, and how far they sit from the trials.

ArticlesFive articles that go further than a product page can: the Supplement Facts panel read row by row, what the citrulline and arginine trials actually used, the two ingredients here with public reference values, how long a slow capsule takes to judge, and what the randomised record supports instead.
Each piece runs to roughly two thousand words and carries its own sources.
Seven rows, five molecules, the amount of each, and how far they sit from the trials.
The pharmacokinetics, the blood-pressure meta-analyses, and the single trial in this family that measured thinking.
The 35 mg niacin ceiling, how calcium carbonate is absorbed, and the Gothenburg paper described accurately.
Seven ingredients, seven study durations, and the reason a month is the honest minimum.
POINTER, FINGER and 38 exercise trials, and an honest place for a capsule beside them.
Each of the five grew out of something a product page could raise but not settle inside one section. Research figures are taken from PubMed records fetched while the article was being written, the citation lines are built from the fields those records returned, and every one links to its abstract so a reader can verify a claim in well under a minute.
Two of the five are commercially unhelpful, deliberately. One sets the panel’s amounts beside the research and shows how far apart they sit. Another points at three bodies of randomised evidence and notes that this desk sells none of them. A retail site that publishes only flattering material earns the discount a careful reader will apply to all of it, which is the whole argument for printing both.
The pair of long guides in the guides section are about the category rather than about this bottle, and a reader who has not yet settled on a product should begin there instead.
The records these five pieces are built from.
Two months, counted from the day you pay
The window runs 60 days from the date of purchase, which is the shorter and safer of the two dates a buyer could count from: you pay before the parcel is dispatched, so a window measured from purchase closes first. Claims are taken by the order desk on the telephone, so have the order ID in front of you, and return postage is yours. The refund policy sets out the addresses and the timings.
